Creation of the Logo

For the Logo, we wanted to create something simple and bold which reflect the style of our artist, Nova. We stuck with the same font all throughout our album covers, merchandise and our digipak to create synergy and a recognisable label for our audience to see. We stuck with a light purple/pink colour which relates to the colours in the music video and album cover, and Nova is known for her purple looks inspired by 80s disco music. The colour also represents the style of music 'Wonky Funk' very well because it is seen as a fun colour which is also often associated with low lighting and party scenes.
